Japanese Summer Picnic

Every year it is tradition to have a celebration, get dressed up in a summer kimono, eat, dance, and be merry.  Of coarse there are kids games and musical performances.  In Raleigh, NC, the Japanese community gathers for such a tradition.  I love to see the modern clothing, handmade and hand-me-downs.
